By encouraging creativity, reducing waste where possible, and valuing handmade work, Don Slu seeks to create pieces and experiences that can be enjoyed over time.
We explore ways to make use of leftover threads, fabric remnants, and textile offcuts in creative projects and future textile art, helping to give materials a longer life.
Hand embroidery encourages a slower and more intentional approach to creating. Through workshops and future kits, we support learning skills that help people value craftsmanship and the materials they work with.
